An exciting evening of the electric spontaneity of Oliver, Lenihan, Davis Trio exploring the great music from the 1960’s-70’s scene where jazz, rock and folk music came together to create new expressions and experiences for a generation. Join us for an evening into the group’s world of lyrical and adventurous improvisational music.

The music of Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Cream, The Band, James Taylor, The Beatles, Dylan and so much more - In the tradition of studio players having a night of it, this trio strikes a balance between great songs and awe-inspiring virtuosity. 

Long-time studio players - Jay Oliver, keyboards, is a producer and studio musician who for decades based in Los Angeles performed and recorded with pop and jazz icons of the industry including Bonnie Raitt, Celine Dion, Glenn Frey, The Eagles, Maynard Ferguson, Dave Weckl, famed studio drummer Russ Kunkel, producer Jay Graydon, Sheryl Crow, Jimmy Buffett and many others on tour and in the studio.

William Lenihan, guitarist, is a composer, performer and producer who for decades has performed and recorded with iconic artists from jazz, pop, the theatre and film worlds to classical music - including legendary bassist Ron Carter, Michael Brecker, Dave Weckl, Gary Husband, Marc Copland, Petula Clark, Julie Andrews, Bernadette Peters, The Shirelles, Suzanne Somers and dozens more. He also works in film music with numerous credits including music for George Lucas, Ron Howard - and continues to perform as classical guitarist and mandolinist with major symphony and opera orchestras in USA and Europe.

Steve Davis, drummer, has performed with icons Dave Liebman, saxophonist Bill Evans, Richie Beirach, Bennie Golson, Ira Sullivan and numerous other innovators in the jazz world. Davis is also renowned jazz and drum educator having taught in clinics and masterclasses with Jamey Aebersold.
